I’ve created a wide variety of game objects using the edit poly tool on a range of different shapes.
oil barrel: I used one tall cylinder and 3 cylinders that ones fifth the size of the original which will be placed one at top and bottom and one in middle.
Bin: to create this object using a cuboid and adding an editable poly to it so that I can remove part of the bin to make it look like a real bin. I also added a rusty texture to create the look that it’s been left out in the rain.
glass bottle: this is used to by combining three cylinders one large, one medium the same width but over half the size and a small thin one. I rounded off the medium cylinder so it had a bullet appearance and then combined the three to create the glass bottle.
